Job Summary Minimum Requirements: Matric. Valid Driver License and own Vehicle. 4-5 Years in managerial position. Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, monitor sales trends, and take corrective measures as required. Housekeeping: Ensure stores meet cleanliness and presentation standards Asset Management (Stock): Maintain efficient stock control and address underperforming stock. Asset Management (Cash): Uphold cash handling policies, conduct spot checks, and oversee cash floats. Asset Management (Vehicles): Manage vehicle maintenance and authorise repairs. Safety and Security: Implement security protocols and respond swiftly to security situations. Human Resources Management: Enforce HR policies and oversee staff performance. Marketing and Business Development: Coordinate sales promotions and cultivate supplier relationships. Estate Management: Oversee store logistics and perform feasibility studies for new locations. Administration: Compile financial and HR reports and ensure policy compliance. Customer Service: Maintain exemplary customer service standards and handle complaints efficiently. Merchandising: Create strategic merchandising plans and optimise product placement. Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to ensure operational uniformity.
