Regional Manager Retail Port Elizabeth Area Eastern CapeOur Retail / FMCG client is looking for a Retail Regional Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing retail outlets/stands/shops within the PE Area Eastern Cape Area. Your role will be to manage the regional supervisors of these outlets.Salary Negotiable plus commission on targets, car allowance, fuel card and cell phone.Min requirementsMatric3-5 years of retail area management experience3-5 years' experience as a Retail manager managing managers.Must have retail product experience.Sales Management experience - driving and reaching goals.Experience in overseeing supervisors of several stores/kiosks/outlets.Valid Driver's licenseFlexible and able to work shifts, which include night work, weekends, and public holidays.Travelling to different areas - essentialResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all supervisors of the stores/outlets /kiosks within the area (Gauteng & Limpopo)Drive and manage sales of all outlets/kiosks/stores through the supervisors.Ensure that company policies, deliverables, and expectations are exceeded.Develop and implement an operational coverage plan for the Region.Manage budget for operational programs for the Region.Manage the productivity & cost optimization of the Region through the achievement.of productivity targetsEnsure that stock takes, and administration are controlled and monitored.Stock Control and DistributionEnsure Marketing is clear and up to company standards.Recruitment and selection of supervisors and other staffResponsible for employee contracts and working hours.Negotiate and build relationships with mall and shopping center management.Retail Rend Agreement management and negotiation.Apply online.Frogg Recruitment
