Job Summary Prepare and present regional reports to senior management Mentor employees and suggest relevant training programs Oversee the recruitment of employees within the region Review key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers Develop business, marketing, and advertising plans Plan and evaluate operations for cost-effectiveness Ensure employees adhere to the company's standards and procedures Prepare quarterly and yearly reports, including financial and operational analyses Enforce the company's rules and regulations Ensure timely completion of all regional paperwork Conduct interviews and manage staff according to contractual obligations Develop and assign project plans to regional project personnel Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region Maintain and build long-term client relationships Follow program management principles to execute team activities Maintain store operating standards across locations Handle administrative duties and risk management Ensure compliance with health and safety responsibilities Certifications: Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree (preferred) Matric Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Business Professional Associate (BPA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) CompTIA Project+ Certification Experience: 3-5 years of regional management experience Previous Spur experience is advantageous.
