- Training and Coaching: Capability to provide professional development for teams.
- Sales Planning: Experience in creating strategic sales plans and processes.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Target Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with people at all levels.
- Qualification: Degree in Agriculture or similar qualification.
- Managing and providing professional development for regional teams.
- Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on team performance.
- Creating and implementing strategic sales plans and processes.
- Generating reports tracking individual achievements against seasonal targets.
- Salary: R30,000 - R40,000
