- Managerial qualification (N3, national diploma, degree)
- Must have 3 years' experience in role.
- Must be Professionalism
- Must have Skills development capacity
- Must be Negotiate in all levels
- Must have Business ethics
- Must be Knowledgeable in his sales environment
- Must have Two traceable references
- Must be sales driven
- Develop sales strategies
- Achieve sales monthly
- Work on action plans for his/her region
- Plan, Monitor, manage his teams sales graph
- Increase teams level of motivation
- Level of production
- Lease with senior management
- Advise management on trends
- Advise management on new markets
- Work on budget
- Response for cost cut majors
- Increase productivity
- New market identification
