As we expand our global presence, we're seeking a talented Regional Marketing Manager to drive our vision, amplify our brand, and lead transformative marketing initiatives across the region.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Country Directors to shape and improve the regional commercial planTo oversee the growth and management of all marketing/branding efforts in the African regionArchitect and refine comprehensive briefs for events and campaigns, aiming to enhance upper funnel dynamics, acquisition rates, and CRM engagement for both retail and partner networks, while also launching regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and amplify brand visibilityActively engage with the Marketing Team to solve business problems and provide strategic adviceInitiate and interpret market research and competitive analyses within the African region, translating insights into groundbreaking campaign strategiesEnsure seamless collaboration with the compliance team to find new marketing prospects while meeting regulatory standardsDiligently monitor and report on key performance indicators, extracting actionable insights and pinpointing avenues for enhancementPlay a key role in post-campaign evaluations and strategic recalibrationsOversee regional marketing spend, ensuring it is in line with our strategic objectivesAct as a key marketing bridge and advocate in regional forums, fostering strong cross-functional relationshipsDevelop and synchronize quarterly and annual campaign programs in coordination with the marketing planning department, ensuring consistency of the global campaign narrativeRequirements5+ years experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar Marketing roleExperience working with the African region, with experience from either Broker/Financial Services/FinTech/Gaming/InsuranceAn all-rounder in marketing experience covering branding, digital, social media, PR, performance campaigns, and lead generationExperience in building GTM country strategiesProven experience working with Web and App analytics toolsExperience with paid traffic sources (Google/Meta and others) and SEO optimizationWill be a plusPrior exposure to the Fintech or iGaming sectorsFamiliarity with analytical tools like Tableau and PowerBiWe offerWorking for a dynamically growing company15 paid vacation days per year10 paid sick leave days per year10 days for floating public holidaysMedical budgetOpportunity to work remotelyProfessional education budgetLanguage learning budgetWellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Do you have experience within the financial industry?What is your salary expectation?Do you have experience working with web and app analytics tools and paid traffic sources?If you are successful in the recruitment process, are you able to relocate to Cape Town at your own expense?
