Job Summary xe2x80xa2Bachelors degree or certificate in Occupational Health Nursing xe2x80xa2Registered with South African Nursing Counsel (SANC) xe2x80xa2South African Society of Occupational Health Nursing (SASOHN) membership xe2x80xa2Certificate in Dispensing xe2x80xa2Certificate in Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision xe2x80xa2Basic understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act with regulations xe2x80xa2Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals xe2x80xa2Ability to write routine reports and correspondence xe2x80xa2Mathematical acumen xe2x80xa2Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form xe2x80xa2Computer literacy (intermediate) xe2x80xa2Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written) xe2x80xa2Ability to travel to other company sites as required xe2x80xa2Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Duties and responsibilities: xe2x80xa2Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring they are adequately staffed and that services are delivered in a legally compliant and efficient manner xe2x80xa2Ensure the clinics meet all service level agreements (SLAs), order confirmation requirements, and quality standards xe2x80xa2Manage the handling of Industrial Occupational Diseases (IODs), including implementing procedures developed by the appointed Occupational Medical Practitioner (OMP), and ensuring the appropriate emergency facility and transport provider are in place xe2x80xa2Implement and maintain clinical protocols to ensure compliance.
