Description:RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern. This position is a home-based position.REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Relevant tertiary / post-graduate degree a strong advantage.Valid driverxe2x80x99s license / own vehicle.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).7yrs+ previous experience in a similar role is essential.Knowledge of vehicle warranties, service plans, and scratch and dents.Extensive experience in managing and engaging with Executives, Senior Managers, Managers and staff.Strong leadership / staff management skills.Person must be an established Regional Manager or long-standing Dealer Consultant in the Western Cape with an established network of dealer relationships.Duties include managing sales targets and relationships with targeted motor dealers at a regional level.Person will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the companyxe2x80x99s business development goals through the effective implementation of the companyxe2x80x99s motor dealer sales strategy in the region, by being an active and effective member of the management team in crafting and executing the strategic objectives, and delivering results by empowering their team with the means, ability and willingness to be high-performing individuals.
