Position Overview:
Oversee and manage a sales region, ensuring unit achievement together with highly efficient operations and exceptional customer service levels both pre- and post-sale. Overall responsibility for the achievement of the region's sales and operational targets (which include agreed strategic objectives such as OUTsurance, Netstar, Social media reviews, stock age, stock turn, repairs, inventory management and Dekra Golden Sticker / Ready to Go. Responsible for the resourcing, staffing, and training of a branch's team.
