Certification or Degree in Business Administration or Business Management or a related field will be advantageous

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region
Set and achieve regional sales targets and objectives
Develop sales tools and collateral to empower the Sales Organisation to sell effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Address client concerns and ensure and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Implement client retention strategies
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing
Solutions Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and develop tailored IT outsourcing solutions that align with their business objectives
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our managed services as the ideal solution
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
Analyze sales data and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing sales performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations
Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, current trends, and market research
Manage the regional sales budget, including expenses related to travel and marketing
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
