Blue Chip FMCG Company requires a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Organizations Business Operations in the Gauteng geographic area. Responsibilities include :-

  • xc2xb7 Achievement of Budgets - Financial and Principal
  • Drive Regional business opportunities by working in the trade
  • xc2xb7 Effective trade channel management
  • xc2xb7 Ensure correct structure in place to achieve objectives
  • xc2xb7 Train and coach sales team on Principal requirements
  • xc2xb7 Maintenance of accurate Admin
  • xc2xb7 Identify ranging and distribution objectives
  • xc2xb7 Control and management of promotional execution
  • xc2xb7 Managing Principal objectives
  • xc2xb7 Focus on attention to detail, communication and team work
  • xc2xb7 To build and encourage an atmosphere of innovative and creative thinking
  • xc2xb7 Instore audits and tablet/systems used as per Company expectation
  • xc2xb7 Trade visits
  • xc2xb7 Management of information requests
  • xc2xb7 Develop strong business relationships by developing tactical business plans, controlling and evaluating them.
  • xc2xb7 Interface with Distribution Partner
  • xc2xb7 Management of returns process according to the Principals SOP
  • Pr Price monitoring
  • xc2xb7 Management of NPD process
  • xc2xb7 General feedback and support
  • xc2xb7 Principal and Customer management including
  • xc2xb7 DC management
  • xc2xb7 Evaluate and advise on changing trends and
  • xc2xb7 competitor activity in the market place.
  • Identify and feedback on new business opportunities
  • KAM Support
xc2xb7 Receiving and processing purchase orders.xc2xb7 Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
