More than 10 years' experience in sales of construction equipment and familiar with business' like CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr, Hitachi, Bell Equipment, etc.
Ability to speak French will be an advantage
Experience in developing dealer networks
Experience in African Countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mauritius and Madagascar.
Duties
Increase market share and sales to customers not only international key accounts, but also local accounts
Support and conduct development of Dealer networks
Conduct the dealer development including new dealer development for open territories, the replacement or reform of under-performing current dealers and widening or reducing the areas of responsibility of current dealers
Support dealer performance evaluations in aspects of sales, marketing, parts business and organization or updates of dealer business improvement programs
Provides sales & marketing assistance to dealers and sales departments
Conduct sales and product training
