About the roleJoin our Sales team based in South Africa, where you'll play a key role in promoting Paxton products and growing accounts across the business. You'll engage with installers, end-users and consultants, building strong relationships to drive product demand.
  • Collaborate with installers, end users and consultants via our distributors to expand our customer base and generate a demand for Paxton products.
  • Engage in regular customer visits to grow customer relationships and support demand generation.
  • Maintain our CRM database by keeping customer profiles and information up-to-date.
  • Producing and recording meeting reports for all business meetings via our CRM database.
  • Deliver commercial and installation training to distributors and installers where required.
  • Pro-actively manage your Outlook calendar with a two-week call plan.
  • Capture potential project opportunities with customers and record information appropriately.
  • Build relationships across the business to identify and develop sales opportunities and utilise Paxton HQ resources.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams and account managers to align on strategy and develop productive relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with your manager and proactively prepare for annual appraisals and quarterly reviews.
  • Covering the KwaZulu-Natal province region.

  • Previous sales experience in a field-based role, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
