What you will enjoy doing
You will be responsible for Regional Budget management
Managing the implementation and execution of the Afrox Channel and Retail strategy within the region to ensure sales growth achieved is in line with company strategies and budget will be expected of you
Pricing Management quarterly and monthly price increase analysis, changes, and negotiations (using Linde Pro- methodology) is required
Maintaining and growing market share will be an integral part of your role
Furthermore, you will be responsible for contract management and monitoring, negotiation and opportunity identification and follow up
You will be responsible for SHEQ
People management will be an integral part of your job
What makes you great
You will be in possession of a B-degree or equivalent with ten years regional sales experience being an advantage
In this role, Sales / Business management experience and matrix management are important as well as strategic development and initiatives
People management experience especially in performance coaching, performance management and development (capability development and performance through people) will be required of you
You will have working knowledge of a variety of business functions including customer requirements, supply chain & distribution functions, products, and marketing strategies
Understanding of Afrox policies, systems and procedures related to sales is part of your role
