A dynamic organization based in Mpumalanga is looking to employ a Regional Sales Manager with 3 - 5 years experience working in the mining industryMinimum Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary education in Sales and Marketing or similar (highly advantageous)
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years Sales experience in a similar position
- A minimum of 3-5 years Management experience
- Customer Service Training and knowledge
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
- A proven track record of selling to target and delivering profitable growth is essential
- Local and Export Market knowledge
- Develop and Maintain a Strong Customer Database
- Manage a Team of 5 - 10
- Technical Problem Solving
- Product Training - Consultation and Design
- Service Delivery
- ISO Compliance and Quality Assurance
