Minimum Requirements

Matric
Tertiary education in Sales and Marketing or similar (highly advantageous)
A minimum of 3 - 5 years Sales experience in a similar position
A minimum of 3-5 years Management experience
Customer Service Training and knowledge
Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
A proven track record of selling to target and delivering profitable growth is essential
Local and Export Market knowledge
Develop and Maintain a Strong Customer Database
Manage a Team of 5 - 10
