Job Summary Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative Support to the team. Qualifications: xc2xa2 Matric xc2xa2 Secretarial/Office Administration Certificate or Relevant Diploma Skills and Knowledge: xc2xa2 2 years proven secretarial and administrative experience xc2xa2 Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook SAP xc3x82 xc2xa2 To provide secretarial support to the Regional Manager and team members xc2xa2 General typing, including reports and presentation slides xc2xa2 Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages xc2xa2 Scheduling of events, and relevant logistical support xc2xa2 Diarise appointments and to arrange meetings xc2xa2 Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence xc2xa2 To perform general administrative functions such as photocopying, faxing and mailing xc2xa2 To process financial travel claims for team members and provide support for travel related enquiries xc2xa2 To order the regions stationary and other supplies xc2xa2 To maintain a report of expenses relating to telephone usage, stationary, newspapers and other miscellaneous expenses xc2xa2 To facilitate the on boarding of new staff members joining the team xc2xa2 To provide an efficient customer service to internal and external customersTalentCruRecruiter
