xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 General typing, including reports and presentation slides
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Scheduling of events, and relevant logistical support
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Diarise appointments and to arrange meetings
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To perform general administrative functions such as photocopying, faxing and mailing
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To process financial travel claims for team members and provide support for travel related enquiries
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To order the regions stationary and other supplies
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 To maintain a report of expenses relating to telephone usage, stationary, newspapers and other miscellaneous expenses
