Willing to work in Brits (North West Province)To provide secretarial support to the Regional Manager and team membersGeneral typing, including reports and presentation slidesReceive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messagesScheduling of events, and relevant logistical supportDiarise appointments and to arrange meetingsMaintain the general filing system and file all correspondenceTo perform general administrative functions such as photocopying, faxing and mailingTo process financial travel claims for team members and provide support for travel related enquiriesTo order the regions stationary and other suppliesTo maintain a report of expenses relating to telephone usage, stationary, newspapers and other miscellaneous expensesTo facilitate the on boarding of new staff members joining the teamTo provide an efficient customer service to internal and external customersMatricSecretarial/Office Administration Certificate or Relevant Diploma2 years proven secretarial and administrative experienceMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & SAPAbility to plan and organize activitiesAdministration and telephone skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsComputer Proficiency
