The role involves collaborating with doctors and multi-disciplinary teams to offer holistic support to patients and their families, while also supervising allocated team members in a specialised unit.Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• B. Cur / Diploma in General Nursing
• Previous experience in a private hospital environment is advantageous
• NALS / PALS / BLS qualifications
• ACLS / ATLS (advantageous)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Neonatal Nursing Science

• Perform nursing duties in accordance with SANC, DOH, and National Core Standards.
• Adhere to patient advocacy principles according to SANC Acts, Code of Conduct, Patient Rights, and National Millennium Development goals.
• Supervise, lead, and ensure high-quality care delivery for the team.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits (e.g., DOH, National Core Standards, SANC).
• Maintain accurate patient records, conduct ward rounds, and collaborate with doctors to create and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with nursing protocols, patient safety, and SANC requirements through regular unit rounds.
