- Post-qualification work experience in surgical ward is essential
- Competent in the demonstration and assessment of relevant clinical procedures
- A good understanding and application of the nursing Scope of Practice and knowledge of patient care
- Executes duties and responsibilities according to nursing scope of practice
- Delivers comprehensive and quality patient care to meet the health needs of patients
- Adheres to patientsxe2x80x99 rights at all times
- Prevents, reports and manages medico-legal risks
- Conducts comprehensive patient care audits
- Record keeping complies with company standards and legal requirements
- Control of stock and equipment according to clientxe2x80x99s policy
