  • Effectively complete all regulatory tasks from new product filings to life-cycle management
  • To effectively participate in both local and regional cross-functional teams
  • Experience in both South Africa and Sub-Sahara African countries
  • Collaboration and discussions on new guidelines, SOPs, sharing learning experiences, and standard methodologies.
  • Implementing Regulatory Strategy and Innovation
QualificationsQualificationsEducation:
  • B.Pharm. or Dip Pharm qualification.
  • Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council
Experience and Skills:
  • 3 to 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Strong communication skills with key customers both internal and external (e.g. Global Regulatory Affairs,
  • Meticulous, accurate and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a highly-pressurised environment.
  • Self-starter, ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements (Guidelines, The Medicines Act and Regulations).
  • Knowledge of Foreign Registration Requirement (viz. Africa)
  • Understanding of the Code of Marketing Practice
  • Knowledge of international requirements.
