Job Description


Our therapy Group Practice at Nurture iLembe in Ballito, Kwazulu-Natal is looking for a Rehab Supporter to join their team.REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Grade 12 minimum requirement
  • 2 years or more relevant experience in a physical rehabilitation environment is essential
  • Valid Drivers License, PDP advantageous
  • Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
  • Patient handling skills, such as transfers
  • Knowledge of basic wheelchair maintenance and basic wheelchair seating requirements
  • Willingness to assist in other admin areas in the facility when required
  • Problem solving skills, analysis & sound decision-making
  • Safety and Quality with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements for a rehabilitation setting
  • Initiative-taking
  • Flexibility
  • Willingness to learn and grow
