to recruit a Relationship Manager-Partner Systems (Commercial & Personal).Job PurposeThe Relationship Manager: Partner Systems (C&P) will oversee Hollard Insure's relationships with service providers, ensuring top performance for Hollard and its broker partners, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company goals. Additionally, this role will leverage emerging technologies like AI, RPA, API integration, and machine learning to boost operational efficiency and facilitate growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and sustain partnerships with TPSPs to encourage collaboration and ensure they align with our business objectives.
• Work closely with TPSPs to guarantee timely and high-quality execution of necessary platform changes.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and oversee contract management and negotiations.
• Establish robust connections with key internal stakeholders.
• Forge strong relationships with TPSP developers, executives, management, and shareholders.
• Performance Monitoring:

• Track and oversee performance relative to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Address any performance issues swiftly and collaborate with TPSPs to implement corrective actions.
• Risk and Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate risks in engagements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans as needed.

• Strategy and Optimization:

• Develop and implement management strategies aimed at cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and continuous enhancement.
• Drive AI development to assist with steering efficiency gains.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that TPSP strategies are aligned with business objectives and the IT roadmap.
• Communication and Reporting:

• Provide senior management with regular updates and reports on vendor performance, issues, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment regarding vendor management activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate closely with the GM: Binder Operations, Regional Managers, and Broker Distribution Managers (BDMs) to ensure 3rd party systems support the growth and health of the Binder portfolio.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations on system enhancements and technology adoption that contribute to achieving strategic business outcomes.
• Additional Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform annual audit of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Perform system architecture audits.
• Manage the following functions:

• Data storage.
• Cyber security.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) digital journey.
• System integration.
• Earnix integration.
• Product development and enhancements.
• Pricing per binder/broker partner.
• Premium and policy count per product.
