We believe in being bold to create, building trusted relationships, and always doing the right thing.The Role As the Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of software and system releases across multiple development teams. Youll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the release process, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving high-quality deployments. This is a leadership role that requires an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.What Youll Do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end release process, ensuring that timelines are met, and resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Work closely with project teams to understand release requirements and propose setup plans for development environments and sandbox configurations.
  • Lead and manage deployments, overseeing cutovers and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Mitigate risks during code conflict, merging, and deployment, ensuring only quality code is deployed in production environments.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for release management tools, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  • Plan and communicate release strategies, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed of progress and key milestones.
  • Implement and continuously improve best practices in configuration management, deployment automation, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain and document release procedures, dependencies, and system configurations, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple releases, driving continuous improvement in processes to reduce deployment time and increase system reliability.
Key Skills & Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Release Manager, with a track record of managing large-scale releases in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.
  • Experience working with DevOps and Agile methodologies to manage software development lifecycles.
  • Working knowledge of release management tools such as Jira, Gearset, and AccelQ.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge is a must, including experience with sandbox refreshing, metadata deployment, and release branching strategies.
