Serving diverse sectors including food, animal feed, and personal care, they focus on innovative, eco-friendly practices that positively impact local economies and advance sustainable agriculture.As a Reliability Maintenance Manager, you will oversee and manage the maintenance of all equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Leading and developing a team of 30-40 technical staff and stores personnel, you will foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including GCC (Factories), and develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting procedures. Managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are key aspects of the role. You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall operational goals. Additionally, you will analyse maintenance data and generate reports to drive decision-making and improvements, while ensuring spare parts and materials are available and properly managed within the workshop and stores.Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum requirement: Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma
• Trade tested Fitter, Millwright, and/or Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years post-GCC Factories qualification and GMR 2.1 appointee
• Minimum 10 years in a Maintenance Manager role
