Qualifications & Requirements:

xefx82xb7 Proficient in Office and Email
xefx82xb7 Exceptional Guest Relations skills
xefx82xb7 Ability to manage staff
xefx82xb7 Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
xefx82xb7 Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
xefx82xb7 Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
Experience:
xefx82xb7 Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge is necessary
xefx82xb7 ResRequest experience will be beneficial
Package

xefx82xb7 Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff
xefx82xb7 Staff training and development
xefx82xb7 Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media
xefx82xb7 Hosting Duties
xefx82xb7 Allocation of Airport Transfers
xefx82xb7 Little paws program
xefx82xb7 Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
xefx82xb7 Acting as relief general manager between lodges
xefx82xb7 Reporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office

Financial
xefx82xb7 Budget control and ensuring budgets are maintained

Rooms Division
xefx82xb7 Manage the housekeeping and front office departments in conjunction with your HOD
xefx82xb7 Ensure the lodge maintains the required standards aesthetically

xefx82xb7 Ensure costs are maintained as per the required standard
xefx82xb7 Assist with Events planning and execution
xefx82xb7 Assist with menu planning and cost control
