Energy Company is looking for driven individuals to join our aggressively-growing residential solar organization. The current need is for HOME ENERGY MARKETERS, a remote role that facilitates connections with our client-base to create sales meetings for our sales team. Ideal candidates for this position are ones who are unafraid to communicate with others and who are consistent in their day-to-day work efforts.

No experience necessary and no door-to-door work required. Training for all relevant business behaviors, including virtual business development and customer service, included. Pay is based on performance, paid weekly - no waiting for commissions or project milestones! Opportunities for advancement are regular and happen very quickly for dedicated performers.

Requirements

Openness to carry out direct marketing behaviors: cold calling, and lead follow up. Ability to conduct outreach and communicate with others Ability to clearly communicate with team members/leaders Willingness to be trained and coached (when necessary) Punctuality and transparency in every work behavior Reliable internet access and ability to use related devices sufficiently

Responsibilities

Establish contact with warm, interested leads and conduct cold call outreach as assigned by leadership on the weekly basis Assess lead eligibility and fitness for our products and services Convert contacts into scheduled sales demonstrations to be conducted by the sales department Keep record of client interactions and business outcomes using our customer management platform Attend regular meetings and trainings with team members and leadership
