Job Description
Join our team as a Remote Customer Support Associate and assist shoppers with their online purchases.Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat, email, phone, and SMS
- Help track orders, process refunds, and recommend products
- Maintain accurate customer records and suggest improvements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- $5/hour plus commissions and annual raises
