We are seeking a part-time highly creative and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that encompass content creation, video editing, social media management, and lead generation. Job duties and responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop and produce video content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. This includes conceptualizing ideas, scripting, storyboarding and video editing.
Video Editing: Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva) to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the client's vision and is suitable for publishing.
Post-Production: Handle post-production tasks including color grading, sound editing, and adding graphics or effects to the video.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes content planning, scheduling, posting, monitoring engagements, and interacting with the community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Email Campaigns: Implement effective digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and conversion optimization. Utilize SEO, SEM, and targeted advertising to attract and convert leads, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for video content and social media engagement to identify effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. Utilize insights to adjust content strategies and improve audience engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and to leverage cross-promotional opportunities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar for all video-related content to ensure consistent content delivery and to align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest in video production technology and social media platform updates. Continuously improve skills in video editing, graphic design, and content management systems.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all video content aligns with the brands identity, message, and goals. Maintain a high standard of visual and editorial quality across all video outputs.
Job requirements and qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in content creation, video editing, social media management, and lead generation.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
Experience in managing social media platforms and understanding social media analytics tools.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to convey messages through content.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering engaging content to audiences.
Experience in the digital marketing for the Healthcare industry will be a plus.
