As our Remote Hospital Schedule Coordinator, you'll be a critical point of contact between our dedicated nurses and healthcare facilities, ensuring that shifts are filled smoothly and every call is met with exceptional care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:



Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails in an upbeat, professional manner, addressing both urgent and non-urgent inquiries. Engage continually with nurses and healthcare facilities to understand service requests and respond to staffing needs. Proactively reach out to nurses to fill open shifts, aligning with their availability and expertise. Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and actions in our system, ensuring up-to-date personnel records for all healthcare team members. Collaborate with the team in a fun, supportive environment where everyone contributes to our mission.

Qualifications:



A quiet, dedicated workspace/home office with minimal distractions. Access to your own computer or laptop with reliable internet connectivity. Availability to work during U.S. business hours, as well as Saturdays & Sundays. Passionate about people, patient care, and building great relationships. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Outstanding customer service skills; loves connecting with people and going the extra mile. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) with a clear and professional tone. Able to work independently, showing strong judgment and initiative. Solid basic office, computer, and telephone skills. Dependable and enthusiastic about being part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:



Former/current healthcare experience as a nurse or other clinician. Previous experience as a healthcare staff scheduler or coordinator.

Additional Notes:

Our company is headquartered in California, but this is an independent contractor position, open to candidates globally. There's no requirement to reside in the U.S., but you must be available during U.S. business hours.
