Job Description


Your Main Responsibilities in This Role:

  • Consultation and Sales:
You will advise our German-speaking customers and their families via phone and email, guiding them from the first contact to applying for our assistive devices through their health insurance. Your tasks include:
  • Product consultation
  • Assistance with applications for assistive devices
  • Follow-up calls with existing customers who have expressed interest in our products
  • Data Management:
You will document your work in our CRM system to maintain an overview of where your help is needed and what needs to be done next. * Order Processing:You will take orders and ensure that our customers receive their products on time. You will also support customers in getting to know and using our products. Working Hours:
Part-time or full-time, minimum of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Work Location:
Remote, with a reliable internet connection required.
Your Profile:
  • You enjoy consulting and interacting with customers.
  • You are a good listener and communicator.
  • You have the ability to empathize with others.
  • You work in a structured and conscientious manner.
  • You express yourself clearly and remain friendly at all times.
Technical Skills:
  • Confident with PC use and browser-based applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Language Skills:
  • German: C2 (native level)
  • English: B1 or higher
Preferred (but not required) Experience:
  • Customer contact and sales experience (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality).
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Practical knowledge in household management (e.g., cooking, laundry).
