Remote-Based Africa, PRE-SALES ENGINEER / MANAGER AFRICA Cellular CommunicationsLocation: RemoteSalary: Negotiable and dependent on experienceAdditional Benefits: Stock options in a growing, global company making a lasting impact across AfricaAbout the Role:This is a full-time remote role for a Pre-Sales Engineer / Manager specializing in Cellular Communications, located anywhere in Africa.Our client seeks someone with a strong technical background in cellular communications to bridge the gap between pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role requires deep expertise in cellular protocols beyond just RF knowledge, ensuring seamless integration and customer success.The appointed candidate will support rolling out our client's services to their MNO partners in Africa. This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with the company's MNO partners on a daily basis and requires frequent travel to their offices in many countries in Africa as well as traveling to rural and remote areas of those countries to demonstrate my client's technology to MNOs in the region.Frequent Travel - 50 to 75% requiredKey Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in cellular communications, particularly at the protocol level.
  • Overseeing integration
  • Work closely with customers in pre-sales and post-sales capacities, ensuring smooth product integration.
  • Support the sales team with in-depth technical demonstrations, proposals, and solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with integration for clients.
