My client is a leading state-owned enterprise in the energy sector, focusing on power generation, transmission, and distribution. With a diverse portfolio of projects both domestically and internationally, it plays a pivotal role in energy security and global infrastructure development.
As an Estimator you will be responsible for evaluating tender documents, defining pricing strategies, preparing material take-offs, drafting RFQ documents, and providing technical support to the procurement department. You'll also compile cost estimates and conduct site visits as required. Ideal candidates will have experience in tendering, estimating, and project development within Renewable Energy.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in construction, preferably with both Client and Contractors.
- Proven expertise in civil, mechanical, and electrical aspects of renewable energy facilities including O&M buildings and substations.
- Completed diploma or degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, EPC/Sub-EPC contract execution, and associated risks.
