Responsibilities:
- Property management: Oversee all aspects, including credit checks, tenants placements, inspections, and resolving maintenance issues
- Tenant and Landlord Relations: Handle communication, address complaints, and manage expectations effectively
- Property Marketing: Upload listings, conduct viewings, and host property showings
- Leasing: Draft and negotiate lease agreements with precision
- NQF 4 Real Estate Qualification (or currently in progress)
- Work seamlessly with others but shine independently too
- Own vehicle, cellphone, and laptop
- Passion for real estate: A love for the industry and what it stands for
- A true go-getter whos not afraid to take initiative
