Job Title: Rental Agent
Location: Groenkloof
Salary: R6000 - R8000 + Commission on Rentals
Closing date: End Dec 2024Duties and responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand housing needs and preferences.
- Identify suitable rental properties using real estate databases.
- Conduct property showings to showcase rental options.
- Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and review lease agreements.
- Keep clients updated on market trends and availability.
- Build relationships with landlords and industry professionals.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work towards achieving rental placement targets.
- Minimum 2 years of rental agent experience.
- Proficiency in real estate databases and technology.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local rental markets and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Valid real estate license (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
