Job Description


:The main purpose of this position is to manage and oversee the rental properties and handle tenant and owner queries and lease agreements.

  • Manage and oversee rental properties
  • Conduct property viewings and inspections
  • Handle tenant and owner queries and lease agreements
  • Perform market analysis to determine competitive rental rates
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owner
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Rental AgentExcellent knowledge in operating RAMS (WeConnectU)Relevant qualifications in real estate or property managementStrong knowledge of the South African rental and sales marketExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in property management softwareHigh level of organization and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team
