Job Summary This position entails assisting clients in finding their ideal rental homes while managing property listings and maintaining strong landlord-tenant relationships.! If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for real estate, this is your chance to thrive in a unique and vibrant environment.Candidate Requirements:
- Past real estate and/or rental experience
- NQF4 in Real Estate qualification
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, reading and writing, would be beneficial
- Great administrative experience and the ability to work independently
- Social Media and Marketing experience
- Own laptop, vehicle, and cell phone are essential
- Good people skills are essential
- Good work ethic, accuracy, and punctuality are essential
- The position is well-suited to someone with high energy levels
- Hoedspruit residents preferable, or are willing to relocate at their own expense
- Willingness to participate in and complete necessary training courses
