Intern Rental Estate AgentCompany: Rawson Developers Sales & Rentals Pty Ltd
Location: Rondebosch: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Intern Rental Estate Agent to join our team at Rawson Developers Sales & Rentals. This role offers an excellent entry point into the real estate industry, providing hands-on experience in the dynamic rental market. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced agents, gaining exposure to various aspects of real estate transactions.Responsibilities:

• Assist senior agents in listing rental properties and executing marketing strategies.
• Conduct property viewings, offering detailed information to potential tenants.
• Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth rental process.
• Prepare lease agreements accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Support the team with administrative duties, including data entry and file management.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and property developments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate databases/software is advantageous.
• Valid drivers license and own transportation.
