A boutique real estate business in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Rental Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team.Our client, a brokerage and investment advisory firm with expertise in disposals, acquisitions, rental, and portfolio management, aims to become a leading Residential Asset Manager in the next decade. With their rental department making up the biggest unit of the business, they need a skilled Rental Portfolio Manager to join their rental department.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing tenant and landlord management.
  • Managing maintenance and operations.
  • Marketing properties to prospective tenants.
  • Handling tenant communications.
  • Conducting comprehensive property inspections.
  • Ensuring professional property photography.
  • Reporting on vacancies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, strong relationship and administration skills, and the ability to handle legal matters related to rentals.
