responsible for growing our property portfolio by securing new mandates from landlords and investors. You'll be the face of the business, building trust and long-term relationships through client meetings, outbound calls, and proactive engagement with property owners across Cape Town.
We are specifically looking for people based in the
Western Seaboard, City Bowl
and
Northern Suburbs
regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and engage with landlords and property investors to secure new property mandates
Conduct client meetings and property evaluations to win exclusive management contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
Work closely with the asset management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new properties
Track and report on business development activities and portfolio growth
What We're Looking For:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Confident, professional communicator with a client-first approach
Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is highly advantageous
Self-motivated and target-driven
Driver's license and own vehicle required

Pay: R8000,00 - R12000,00 per month
