Job Description
Rental and Sales Executive required to proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include sales, client management, contract negotiation, fleet management, financial reporting, customer service, compliance & documentation. Applicants should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field, proven experience in sales or rentals in the construction, real estate, or similar industry; strong negotiation and contract management skills; be computer literate and have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. A knowledge of modular or portable buildings industry, understanding of construction processes and building regulations, and project management experience a strong advantage.
