Job SummaryHire Resolve's client in manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Rental Superintendent to join their team in Western Cape.Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Manage rentals maintenance department in line with branch objectivesxc2xb7 Sign off and issue COC's for all Rentals Cabinsxc2xb7 Manage budget spend, material ordering and tool allocationsxc2xb7 Coordinate logisticsxc2xb7 Ensure that the relevant Rentals buildings are refurbished within budget parametersxc2xb7 Plan the Rentals refurb work and ensure that a refurb plan within a minimum window of two weeks is prepared and circulated on a weekly basisxc2xb7 Plan and circulate the agreed refurb plan relating to any long term/ project requirements as and when requiredxc2xb7 Ensure that all buildings are handed over to the Fleet Controller at agreed time and in correct conditionxc2xb7 Execute the refurb plan, record, monitor and process the operational requirementsxc2xb7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibilityxc2xb7 Plan, communicate and execute the warranty plan within the agreed time and costxc2xb7 objectivexc2xb7 Ensure that the stores function is being controlled and that stock levels are minimised, yet an uninterrupted supply of material is availablexc2xb7 Ensure that outstanding orders are expedited and that any potential problems are raised well in advancexc2xb7 Manage and report on redundant stock and corrective actionxc2xb7 Stock integrity on the ACCPAC systemxc2xb7 Daily, monthly, and quarterly stock counts and reportingxc2xb7 Ensure that the daily grading of all returns is done, and the ERP system is updatedxc2xb7 Ensure compliance to all policies and proceduresxc2xb7 Complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reportsxc2xb7 Ensure that all staff have been trained and signed off all operating instructionsxc2xb7 Compliance to all reasonable instructionsxc2xb7 Ensure that housekeeping standards are always maintainedxc2xb7 Ensure compliance to all statutory regulationsxc2xb7 Ensure compliance to all organisational Health and Safety code of conductxc2xb7 Carry out inspections to ensure that material is stacked and handled correctly and safelyxc2xb7 Record and control issues and ensure the correct use of personal protective equipmentxc2xb7 Ensure daily/monthly departmental vehicles, tools and safety inspectionsRequirementsxc2xb7 Grade 12xc2xb7 Must have valid driver's license (Minimum code 8)xc2xb7 Electrical qualificationxc2xb7 Electrical Wireman's Licensexc2xb7 Operation Management Qualification (Advantageous)xc2xb7 3 Years' management/co-ordination of teamsxc2xb7 3 Years electrical installationxc2xb7 COC testing and sign-off experiencexc2xb7 2 Years general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) experiencexc2xb7 Sound Electrical Knowledgexc2xb7 Electrical installation/ COC sign-offxc2xb7 Planning/ Supervision/ Industryxc2xb7 Park home assembly and constructionxc2xb7 ACCPAC knowledgexc2xb7 MS Officexc2xb7 Refurbishment/ use of hand toolsBenefits
