Job Description
This role focuses on accurately managing financial data at a Group level and supporting stakeholders in understanding financial information, and driving strategic decisions within the organization.Join an industry-leading company as the driving force behind their Group IFRS Reporting, playing a crucial role in managing Group-level financial data and helping stakeholders make informed strategic decisions.Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of Group consolidated accounts for each reporting period, to be presented to EXCO and the Board.
- Reviewing financial reports submitted by subsidiaries.
- Providing support with technical queries and preparing/reviewing technical documentation.
- Conducting training sessions on consolidation packs for financial managers.
- Preparation and review of consolidated Group financial statements.
- Collaborating with external audit providers.
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to improve client service delivery.
- A recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a mandatory 1 to 3 years of post-articles experience.
- 2 years of robust experience in IFRS reporting.
- Prior experience in reporting and consolidations within a Group setting.
- Experience within an insurance or financial environment is advantageous.
