Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, financial reports, and project budgets.
- Oversee the financial management of property development projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and budget control.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop, monitor, and revise project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve project profitability.
- Support the finance team in cash flow management, cost allocation, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including senior management and investors.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
