This is a prominent real estate investment and development company based in South Africa. Specializing in a diverse range of properties, including commercial, retail, industrial, and residential assets, the company is known for its strategic approach to property investment. They focus on owning, managing, and developing a portfolio with the aim of creating value for their stakeholders.
:
- Manage the Portfolio Pack, foreign investments, and cash flow
- Monthly reporting for Manco and Exco
- Drive the Group's financials, subsidiary statements
- Handle technical accounting and new IFRS standards
- Liaise with auditors and teams for reporting
- Prepare group consolidations, board packs, and analyst presentations
- Maintain shareholder register and assist in asset valuation
- Improve reporting, SOPs, and data culture
- Assist in monthly management accounts
- Analyze and back-test investment decisions
- CA(SA) Accreditation is essential.
- 5+ years commercial experience in the financial services or property sectors.
- 3+ years managerial experience.
