Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & annual new business and retention targets
  • Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
  • Develop and present cross-silo solutions to C-Level executives
  • Lead and manage the tender process to secure high-value contracts
  • Oversee the successful implementation of strategic accounts
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2-3 years of senior key account management & new business sales experience
  • Proven experience in prospecting & achieving new business targets
  • Strong background in tender management
  • Ability to sell and present cross-silo solutions at an executive level
  • Experience in implementing and managing strategic accounts
