Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly & annual new business and retention targets
Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
Develop and present cross-silo solutions to C-Level executives
Lead and manage the tender process to secure high-value contracts
Oversee the successful implementation of strategic accounts
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Matric / Grade 12
2-3 years of senior key account management & new business sales experience
Proven experience in prospecting & achieving new business targets
Strong background in tender management
Ability to sell and present cross-silo solutions at an executive level
Experience in implementing and managing strategic accounts
