  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Ability to translate scientific principles into practical applications in research, formulation, and commercialization of food products.
Functional/Technical Skills:
  • Financial Management: Proficient in managing project budgets, ensuring financial principles are applied effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: High level of technical knowledge, offering valuable insights and guidance in decision-making.
  • Technical Communication: Skilled at conveying complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive Insight: Anticipates trends and develops critical insights, driving innovative solutions.
  • Customer-Centric: Actively seeks and incorporates consumer feedback to inform product development.
  • Experimental Design: Expertise in experimental design and statistical analysis to guide research and product development.
  • Prioritization: Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages work in ambiguous situations.
  • Food Safety: Understands and applies food safety principles and HACCP guidelines.
  • Effective Communication: Excels in both oral and written communication, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing and prioritizing multiple projects, demonstrating effective time management.
  • Relationship Building: Capable of building and maintaining productive relationships with cross-functional teams and management.
  • Process Understanding: Deep understanding of how product formulations, processes, and packaging affect quality and cost.
