We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our dynamic team in the food industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing new bakery products, optimizing existing ones, and identifying opportunities to set us apart from competitors. • Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Consumer Science, or Food Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the food industry, particularly in scientifically developing and launching products.
• Proven expertise in working with enzymes and applying scientific, engineering, and consumer insights in product development.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Ability to translate scientific principles into practical applications in research, formulation, and commercialization of food products.

Experience

• Process Understanding: Deep understanding of how product formulations, processes, and packaging affect quality and cost.
