Department: Research and StrategySubdepartment: ResearchReports to: Chief Knowledge OfficerResearch Team Lead is the Team leader for Research Team, responsible for ensuring that thecompany has most updated information regarding immigration programs, tax solutions andbanking options. Furthermore, Research Team Lead ensures that Nomad Capitalist has astrong vendor network and grows new relationships with vendors. Research Team Leadfurthermore is responsible for fact-checking marketing materials before publishing.Schedule Travel Required?M-F 09:00-18:00 (Flexible Hours) substantial International travelNecessary Skills:Hard Skills Bachelor's degree in IR, politics, law, Business, economics (Masters preferred); English language C1 level Experience researching international tax, banking and immigration topics. Experience in Business development Management Experience -Experience in international tax and banking.Soft Skills Must possess good communication skills on all fronts and must be someone that getsalong pretty well with other people, i.e., must have good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Western cultural etiquette, and professional dress. Must be able to work and deliver within a limited time range or frame. Must be able to handle pressure by being ultra proactive and efficient. Should be able to work as part of a team regularly. Must have good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesRole Responsibilities: Lead the Research team in developing and implementing new immigration programs. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, continuously expanding the network withnew partners. Oversee accurate and timely research on tax, banking, and regulatory matters. Ensure research findings are updated in Minerva and shared with relevant departmentsto keep the company well-informed. Manage research requests from Mr. Henderson, ensuring prompt and thoroughresponses. Foster the growth and development of R&D talent, ensuring comprehensive regionalcoverage. Incorporate feedback from Sales, Strategy, and Client Success teams into internaldatasheets and research reports. Oversee the fact-checking process for YouTube and blog content, ensuring accuracyand timely delivery. Coordinate with the Marketing team to provide timely video topics for the R&D channel. Handle vendor inquiries and evaluate potential partnerships. Ensure compliance with internal policies during partnership development. Keep the Research team organized and on track by updating monday.com and Minervadaily.
